If I don’t like Iris will I get a refund?<\/h2>\n

Yes, just write to us via Messenger<\/a> or E-mail<\/a>\u00a0and we will answer and refund you as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

What is the refund period?<\/h2>\n

Well, it’s something like 30 days after purchase.<\/p>\n

If you want a refund after 35 days we will still refund you so don’t worry.<\/p>\n

Just please don’t use Iris for 10 years and\u00a0then want a refund.<\/p>\n

PayPal buyer protection<\/a>\u00a0is also limited to 180 days and after this, we can’t refund the purchase.<\/p>\n

Do you store the Debit\/Credit card numbers?<\/h2>\n

No, we don’t store or process the payments.<\/p>\n

Iris uses payment gateways like PayPal and 2checkout and we only get a notification when payment is made.<\/p>\n

When our servers get the notification, they automatically create and send you activation codes via e-mail.<\/p>\n

Your activation code is also displayed on the screen after payment.<\/p>\n

So we don’t know your card number and don’t have access to charge you.<\/p>\n

We can however refund your money via PayPal and 2checkout.<\/p>\n

Are the money on my Debit\/Credit card safe?<\/h2>\n

Yes, we never charge you directly.<\/p>\n

Instead we use big payment providers like PayPal and 2checkout to process the payments.<\/p>\n

You always pay what is written on the payment screen.<\/p>\n

We pay the taxes and payment fees from our side.<\/p>\n

You may only have some fee from your bank based on your bank fees or some currency conversion to dollars.<\/p>\n

We don’t know your debit\/credit card numbers and can’t charge you unless you buy Iris again in the future.<\/p>\n

Subscription payments are handled by PayPal and you can cancel them from your account or from this page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Will you help me if I have trouble with the program?<\/h2>\n

Yes, we try to answer as fast as possible and we also have a Messenger bot with some automatic answers to common problems.<\/p>\n

Until now we don’t have an unsolved problem so don’t worry.<\/p>\n

Worst case scenario you will get all your money back.<\/p>\n
