Blue light<\/a> is really harmful to your eyes and prevents you from having a good sleep<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

PWM flicker<\/a> is basically your monitor turning off hundreds of times per second, you can\u2019t see it with your eyes but your brain perceives it and it is<\/strong> the most common cause for eye pain<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
