First of all, it is very important to avoid rubbing your eyes<\/strong> with your hands or fingers as they may have irritants that will further inflame them.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This may cause your eyes to be more reddish and irritated<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

There\u2019s a thing called Computer Vision Syndrom<\/strong> (CVS) caused by looking at your computer screen for too long.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If you spend a lot of time looking at the screen of your computer you should have experienced burning sensation and tiredness in the eyes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is because when using your computer, you tend to stare more and forget to blink as much as usual<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This eventually dries out the eye\u2019s exterior film.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

But perhaps the best and most recommended is taking regular pauses away from the computer screen as you work.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Doctors recommend the 20-20-20 rule<\/strong> where you look away from the computer screen on 20 minutes intervals, focus on a distant item that is 20 feet from you, for around 20 seconds.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Another thing you can do is download Iris<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

It reduces the blue light that your monitor emits and also removes the PWM Flicker<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If you try it you will see in no time all the benefits from it, you will sleep much better and feel a lot less eye pain and redness<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
