Eyes can become damaged in the long run when spending a lot of hours in front of the computer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Here are a couple of things you can do:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    \r\n
  1. Take regular breaks<\/strong> from your computer, you can use some sort of timer to remind you so you don\u2019t forget to take a break<\/li>\r\n
  2. Reduce PWM flicker<\/strong>, your monitor turns on and off 20\u201360 times a second. Our eyes can\u2019 spot this but our brains can and it\u2019s really harmful<\/li>\r\n
  3. Reduce Blue Light<\/strong>, the monitors nowadays emit blue light, which is really harmful to our eyes, sleep and overall health.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    You can do all 3 things and much more with a program like Iris<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    It is the only program that can block the PWM flicker<\/a> of any monitor and one of the best blue light blocking applications out there<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\n
