You can customize this duration from here<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/postpone-duration.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3436\" src=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/postpone-duration.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"519\" height=\"618\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When the timer is running the remaining work and rest time are\u00a0shown on the main screen<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/timer-info.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3438\" src=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/timer-info.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"624\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t postpone the timer rest screen is shown<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/normal-mode.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2789\" src=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/normal-mode.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"237\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You can select different timers from the Timer type dropdown.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/timer-type-dropdown.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3431 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/timer-type-dropdown.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"524\" height=\"616\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The available timers are<\/p>\n<h3>Off<\/h3>\n<p>The timer is stopped and there will be no break reminding.<\/p>\n<h3>Normal<\/h3>\n<p>Normal mode looks like this<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/normal-mode.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2789\" src=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/normal-mode.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"237\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>By default every 30 minutes this screen will be shown with countdown timer. You can change work and rest time from the Timer page<\/p>\n<h3>Strict<\/h3>\n<p>Strict mode doesn&#8217;t have this Skip rest button and can&#8217;t be skipped. Use it to force yourself to get up, but be careful not to lock your PC for long period of time.<\/p>\n<p>Strict mode looks like this and can&#8217;t be skipped<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/strict-mode.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2795\" src=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/strict-mode.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"239\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Productive<\/h3>\n<p>Productive mode is one nice Pomodoro timer which can easily switched from rest to work. As the name it&#8217;s make for people who use work and rest combinations for productivity<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/productive-mode.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2796\" src=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/productive-mode.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"336\" height=\"217\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You can change the duration of the work and rest time from<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/break-every-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3440\" src=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/break-every-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"539\" height=\"632\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This values apply to all timer types.
