Heterochromia<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Congenital heterochromia is an unequal coloration of two irises or separate sectors of the same iris.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>When it comes to the two irises, one is a lighter color than the other.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Its combination with chronic cyclitis, precipitates and cataract in the calm eye is called Fuchsian heterochromia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13780\" src=\"https:\/\/iristech.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/heterochromia-in-one-iris.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"377\" height=\"196\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>It was first described in 1906 by Fuchs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This type more often affects brighter eyes, develops mainly in young people, with symptoms being minimal, no pain and no redness.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>This is a rare case in the ophthalmic practice.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>People between the ages of 20 and 60 usually have it, with the highest rate being around the age of 40.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>No relation to ethnicity or race. The incidence is the same for both sexes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The condition is usually mild, with minimal symptoms and can be detected at random.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The classic triad of symptoms includes heterochromia, cataracts and corneal precipitates.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The most common complications are cataracts and glaucoma.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In the case of an already complicated cataract, the cloudy lens is removed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The treatment is managed by a specialist ophthalmologist.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-ugb-divider ugb-divider\"><hr style=\"background-color: color of the iris of one eye after a process in it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This occurs after chronic inflammation, in which the stroma and iris pigment epithelium atrophy and the iris becomes
